When organising the
2003 International Conference on Computational Science which was held
in Melbourne, I was in San Diego for most of the time leading up to the
conference, and yet it came off without a hitch. Martin Lack and Associates
attended to all aspects of the conference from securing sponsorship through
to arranging the schedule and making the audio visual equipment work.
Quite simply, they take the worry out of running an event.
This event had 240 speakers over 9 parallel sessions for 3 days with 290
delegates, 83% of whom were from overseas.
